Foursome Registration - $480

Platinum Sponsor - $1,750 (includes one foursome and 4 contest packets & 10 prize tickets per golfer. In addition, large signage at holes, carts, registration table and food table. Includes a $1,270 tax-deductible donation). A golfer give-a-way is allowed if provided by the sponsor.

Gold Sponsor - $800 (includes one foursome, hole and cart signage, 4 contest packets and registration table signage and $320 tax-deductible donation)

Hole Sponsor - $350 (Includes hole signage and a $350 tax-deductible donation) 

Basket Sponsor - $150 (Includes business/family signage within basket and a $150 tax-deductible donation) 

Donation Only - Your gift will be a tax deductible donation
